AIN SOPH.GINZAの料理は、
あなたがどこかで出会った、または、未来の美しい家庭で味わう、
優しく愛のこもったお料理です。

わたしたちのお作りする料理には、お肉、お魚、乳製品、卵を使っていないのですが、
特別なお料理ではありません。

菜食は特別な人の食事ではありません。

ご自分のこと、あなたの大切な人、この惑星のこと、動物たち、宇宙、すべての
愛するもの達のため、選んでいったところに、ただこの食事があっただけのことです。

幸せのための食事なのです。

どうぞ、ご自身を愛し満たすため、大切なあの人のために、

The foods we make do not contain any meat,fish,daily or eggs.
Vegetarian food is for everyone and not just for someone particular.

When we think of things we cook for ourselves, our loved ones, our animals, our planet, and for all things we love, we thought it best to choose the kind of food we serve here.
This is a food for happiness.
